Sharing space in Bladensburg’s oldest building with AEON Preservation Services and Prince George’s Heritage Inc., ATHA Inc. will have limited public hours. In 2016, ATHA Inc. will be moving back to Hyattsville to occupy the new visitor center and offices to be located at 4318 Gallatin Street, Hyattsville – the new Pyramid Atlantic arts center in the “Arcade” building, sharing the floor with the Neighborhood Design Center. This location, directly across from Vigilante Coffee, Hyattsville Post Office, Franklins Brewery, and next to the City of Hyattsville Municipal Building, will be a chance to create a welcoming visitors center for those seeking more information about the Heritage Area and our partners – such as the Gateway Arts District, municipalities, and our unique mix of historic sites, arts centers, and natural resource locations. We will be developing a public schedule with this permanent site.
