To support the fundraiser, notify your server or the host and ask that your receipt(s) be added to the PGCHS fundraiser. Franklins will tally the receipts and donate 20% of the total (before taxes) to the Society.
The fundraiser is all day and includes dining, carryout, and general store purchases.

Society Historian Susan Pearl will be speaking on the Green Book at Belair Mansion on Saturday, September, 21, 2019, at 3 PM, free
“The Write Women Bookfest” at Marietta House Museum in Glenn Dale on Saturday, September 21, 2019, from 10 AM—4 PM. Please join us for a bookfest day of fun! We will have scheduled readings and presentations, a children’s book corner with readings and crafts, publishers, book craft items, and music. Authors’ books, food, wine and other beverages will be available for purchase. Come browse, listen, relax, and enjoy the day. The Prince George’s County Historical Society will have books available for purchase and the authors available for discussion. Proceeds from the book sales will benefit the Frederick DeMarr Library.
